Rooms were large and the hotel had almost every convenience. But small things were off. The kettle did not have a plug point to plug it into where it was placed near the TV. The TV had a Google TV operating system that had not been set up. The bathroom had a box for facial tissue but it was not real facial tissue but rather was the type of paper used in airport bathrooms to dry your hands. But the hotel staff were lovely and the room was climate-controlled, clean and very comfortable. The hotel also had free secure underground parking. So we were quite happy.

"Stay here for the location as it’s hard to be any more central. Staff are warm and friendly, and the food is great. Air conditioning was affective and welcome, beds comfortable. Room a little tired in terms of furniture. Parking is best over in the Europark (25 BAM a day)"
