They seemed upset at check in that we needed a room for a handicap person and said oh no now we have to change things up for you. Wouldn't stay at this hotel again. Asked at check out for a reciept and was told had to go though Expedia since they didn't rent us the room. First time i have ever heard of such a things and getting no reciept on check out."
