First of all, I rarely leave a review but this hotel has to be one of the best we have stayed in. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with amazing customer service. Our gorgeous room was located in the recently renovated building, seperate to the main hotel but within a short walking distance. The bedlinen was luxurious, and every day, a small apératif was left in our room. Outside, the hotel had built a cocktail bar with a small menu. We didn't try this until our last night and wish we'd tried it sooner as the food and drinks were delicous. I can't say enough good things about this hotel, I know we'll be back ASAP.

The Great. This property is in Cavtat a 30 minute distance by car from Dubrovnik. It is a beautiful town, quite and nice. The property is gigantic, with rooms that are remodeled as you can see in the photos. It has access to the sea (both sides) which is great and beautiful.
The good. The food (breakfast has a huge selection of things to try Gluten and dairy free), the sauna and steam room are in good conditions.
The BAD. The personnel were not friendly or caring at all. You have to ask for fresh coffee otherwise they will serve you coffee already made, the lobby is so wide and empty, the same with getting access to the pool, it is kind of weird.
