"There was an extremely ugly incident displayed towards me by apt Manager. She foul- mouthed me by using the profanity “fxxk” word, because of the confusion over the front door issue. "Hotel feels old. Just old... Staffs are ok, easy check in and check out, but nothing special. No greetings when coming in and out of the building. Breakfast room was always jammed with too many guests but small buffet. Impossible to get a coffee, because only two machines in the middle of the buffet, people lined up and blocking the self serve area. I didn't enjoy the breakfast room at all. There is a very delicious sandwich shop nearby. Room is ok, bed was comfortable enough. Overall, not terrible, but I would not stay here again. "
