Nice room stylish hotel good location near the metro friendly and helpful staff. 24 hr pharmacy, several bars, a supermarket and several restaurants nearby. You can walk to several main sights including Tivoli from the hotel. I was there a week and can't find anything to complain about. If I return to Copenhagen I will stay here again.

This is not a good hotel for tourists. It’s a convention center, and it lacks the personal service that you would expect from a good hotel. Room clean is “on request”.
