"Staff was excellent but 1) only one elevator was in service, 2) A/C was never as cool as we set it to be, 3) beds were not very comfortable; too soft for my liking and 4) the rooms are dated, 5) toiletries were lacking. But I think it was ok overall. "

"This is the second time I stayed at this hotel, the first time there was a fight at 3am, I called front desk and they never answered. The facility stinks, smells like tobacco mix with an unpleasant smell. I only stayed due to being close to a concert I will never stay there again. Smells, no shampoo in my room, breakfast limited. "

"The staff was super nice. The hot breakfast was nice. The cleanliness was pretty bad. I wish I would have taken a picture to actually show. I didn’t even want to get in the shower barefoot. Lots of black mold on sink and in the tub. The tables in the pool area were not clean. Also, the indoor pool was FREEZING!!!! "

"Our room was on the second floor but the elevator was not working . The manager helped us with carrying the luggage to our room . Next morning the shower didn't work , we called the manager who thankfully sent maintanace to put a new faucet . I believe if house cleaning reported this problem the day before we wouldn't have to wait . The Bistro was not open too but Kroger was across the street & we had to go there for breakfast ."
