"Perfect hotel"

"Room was clean. Staff and service were professional and helpful. Hotel commons areas are beautiful. The food at the restaurant was good. The bus to the airport runs every hour."

"The room was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to help us arrange excursions, even advising us on getting a local train up to the mountains. Breakfast was amazing, especially having a chef cooking eggs fresh in front of us — it was great knowing everything was freshly prepared. There were initially some missing towels and dressing gowns, but once we mentioned it, they were provided straight away without hesitation. The only downside was that the shampoo, body wash, and conditioner seemed watered down or of lower quality. Overall, everything else was amazing and we had a wonderful stay."
