3B/2B House Sneads Ferry 2 King Rooms 1 DBL Twin Room Close to Beaches & Base

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 2 King bedrooms! Located on an intracoastal waterway. Open views of both the water and beautiful sky. Large screened porch for dining and spacious conversation area as well as a large uncovered deck. Conveniently located close to restaurants, Top Sail Beach and shops. Corner lot on a safe quiet street and off street parking that is partially covered. This is not a place for parties as it's in a quiet mostly full time resident neighborhood. We also can not accept pets.
THE SPACE:
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have a king bed. The 3rd has 2 twins. All beds are new in 2025. Large decks, eating areas for 6 and a comfortable sectional couch for relaxing. We have adult and kids games galore! The kitchen has all the basics to cook at home.
GUEST ACCESS:
The unit has 20 steps to get to the front door! No other type of access is available.
BOAT LAUNCH:
There is a boat launch around the corner. We do not own a dock so you'd need to take it in and out. There is plenty of room for parking at the house.
