This Oceanfront getaway has been decorated and designed for an ideal vacation with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, 4 decks, outdoor shower, direct beach access, sound-side/intracoastal access for kayaking, fishing, wildlife sightseeing, etc.
Ground Level: Stella Maris at North Topsail Beach has covered parking for at least 1 car, depending on the size of the vehicle. The driveway has more parking for 1 or 2 more vehicles. As soon as you arrive, you will immediately smell the salty air and hear the waves crashing on the shore.
At the ground level, there is direct beach access that is shared among the Shipwatch I Townhomes community only. After a long day on the beach, enjoy and have a relaxing nap in a hammock or rinse off and shower in the luxurious covered outdoor shower with hot/cold water located at the rear ground level of the townhome. There is also a community outdoor shower and hose available right off the boardwalk to rinse off your beach gear. Stella Maris at North Topsail Beach is the townhome closest to the beach access.
First Level: When you go up the steps to the front door, you arrive on the first level where you walk in to a beautiful entry way, bedrooms, one full bathroom, and laundry area (washer/dryer). Both front and rear decks on this level are covered. The rear covered deck can be accessed through the Master bedroom left of the staircase to the second level.
Bedroom One: This room contains a king-sized bed, elegant wooden furniture, flat screen smart TV (Netflix, DisneyPlus, HBO Max, etc), and a sliding glass door that not only allow rays of sunshine to enter, but also access to both the deck and the beach. This portion of the deck is covered, which makes it a perfect shady retreat after a long day in the sun. The bathroom for this bedroom is located directly adjacent to this room, and it is shared with the bunk bedroom down the hall.
Bedroom Two: The second bedroom is located on the west side of the house; the first room on the right upon entering the front door. This room has lovely light blue colored walls, beautiful wooden full/full bunk bed with twin trundle bed, wooden dresser, a flat screen smart TV (Netflix, DisneyPlus, HBO Max, etc), and a closet with plenty of storage space. There is no direct deck access from this room. The bathroom for this bedroom is shared with the other bedroom on this level.
Second Level: The second level contains the kitchen, dining area, living room, and a powder room. There are also two decks on this level.
Kitchen: Live like a local and cook your meals in this amazing kitchen! Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, gorgeous wood cabinets, granite countertops, and a lot of counter space, whipping up your favorite dishes will be a breeze. The skylight above the kitchen and dining area is the perfect addition to this gorgeous kitchen!
Living Room: This room features a beautiful lofted ceiling, modern, beachy décor, a large flat screen smart TV (Netflix, DisneyPlus, HBO Max, etc) with cable, and a sliding glass door that leads to the oceanfront deck. With the couch, Queen Sleeper Sofa, and two accent chairs, there is plenty of room for everyone to get comfortable while winding down with a movie after a long day on the beach or out on the boat. Books are available too if you prefer to unwind and enjoy the serenity of the place.
Dining Area: Utilize the spacious granite countertops to serve your meals. Located within the kitchen is the dining area, with room to seat for 4 people for dining or playing board games. Additional seating for 2 can be found at the kitchen bar.
Linens are provided. Pets are not permitted in this property. Smoking is not permitted. Maximum occupancy is 6 at any time. Please be sure we have received complete payment within 30 days of your arrival to avoid cancellation.
