Located steps away from the Atlantic Ocean with private beach access, pool access, a grilling area, and an outdoor activity center with a basketball court, a small playground, bocce, outdoor bowling, and more. Watch the sun rise over the ocean from the private patio, or catch the dolphins playing in the waves nearby.
The space
* Third-floor unit in building 1 at Topsail Dunes Condos. No elevator access.
* Spacious 2 bed/2 bath.
* Comfortably sleeps up to 5, ideal for couples or smaller groups/families.
* Keyless and contactless check-in.

The unit:
* Beautiful ocean views from the private patio, and Intercoastal Waterway views from the back breezeway. Catch both the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening.
* Well-equipped kitchen; dishwasher.
* TV in living room with Fire TV hook up (login to your Amazon account to use).
* Two full bathrooms, one ensuite in the primary bathroom, and a shower/tub in the hall bath.
* Bath towels and linens included.
* Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash supplied.
* In-unit washer/dryer.
* Wifi available.

Sleeping Arrangements:
* Primary bedroom with queen bed and Fire TV hook-up (login to your Amazon account to use).
* Twin over Full bunk bed in second room.
* Both rooms have dresser storage. A large closet is available in the primary bedroom.

Beach Fun:
* Walkway from building to beach with a place to rinse your feet off before heading inside.
* Beach towels and beach bags.
* Sand toys for your children's enjoyment.
* Four beach chairs.
* Two stands for beach umbrellas.

Outdoor Amenities:
* Pool is typically open from mid-May - September. Please note that we cannot guarantee pool availability at any given time.
* Pool wristbands included (must have these with you in the pool area)
* Enjoy access to a basketball court, small playground, covered pavilion with picnic tables, horseshoe pit, bocce ball pit, cornhole boards, and more.
* Grilling stations available outside. Bring charcoal for grilling, if desired.

Recommendations for an Easy Stay:
* Food Lion Online Grocery Ordering: Conveniently schedule delivery via "Food Lion To Go" at the Sneads Ferry location for a well-stocked kitchen upon check-in.
* Topsail Island Bellhop Boys: Schedule in advance for effortless check-in/out - they'll carry all your luggage up and down the stairs for a stress-free start and finish to your stay.

Additional Notes:
* Unfortunately, no pets allowed.
* 2 guest parking passes provided; towing enforced.
* No smoking of any kind allowed in the condo or on the balcony. Smoking is allowed in designated areas outside the building. Guests who break this rule may be charged an extra cleaning fee of $200.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the rental unit at Topsail Dunes and all of the amenities the property has to offer, including the seasonal pool (typically open May - mid-October).

Guests will enjoy independent check-in and keyless access to the unit. Parking is permitted for two vehicles and six pool wristbands are provided.
Other things to note
Surf City's shops and restaurants are a 15-20 minute drive down the road.

There is a $50 fee for all lost pool bands and a $100 fee for all lost parking passes.
