"The room was clean and the staff very friendly. The pool area is nice and we liked having a bar on the property. We were hoping that they had something happening in the bar area like the last time we stayed but it was very quiet this time. We really like the location downtown and is a block away from the main street."

"This is my third stay and not disappointed. The rooms are clean, comfortable, cool, safe and the location is perfect for walking to everything. Staff are professional and friendly. The value for this hotel rivals is outstanding. The general manger for guest services seeks to make your stay enjoyable. The pool is lovely and will shuttle you to a real gym and airport service. A great place. Will return soon. The landscape is beautiful and manicured daily."

"Great cozy room and cool walking trail into town"

"It was okay but people down stairs complain about us for walking around so they moved us to bottom floor and kept our deposit said we were smoking but don't even smoke but still let us stay in motel another week it was a lie because if smoke your suppose to be kick out that's the rules they illegal kept are deposit ! So if you rent there they will find a reason to keep your deposit ! But don't say nothing about the Marijuana smell through out the hallways ! Your allowed to smoke weed in the rooms with out the staff saying anything ! And they don't serve breakfast they give a sack breakfast with yogurt a muffin and orange and they have kitchen but they don't use it otherwise if you want a cheap motel it's great but you won't get deposit back and if you don't mind homeless people living in the parking lot and they say nothing about it it's a great place ! But you have to worry about you car all night long ! "

"I booked a Junior Suite for a Mother’s Day getaway, but the experience was deeply disappointing due to poor management. • Check-in Failure: Despite a 4 PM check-in time, the room wasn't ready, and staff couldn't provide a timeframe. This forced my elderly parents to change in the bath house without robes or lockers, only for the room to become ready right after. • Poor Accessibility: The resort layout is difficult for seniors. Having to trek from the pool to the parking lot and then to a 2nd-floor room with no elevator was exhausting. Parking was also unavailable near our room. • Cleanliness: I found hair in the bath house showers and on the room blankets. The hallway carpets were also visibly dirty. The patio view and the jacuzzi were great, and the staff was kind enough to waive the resort fee. However, the logistical chaos made the trip a failure for my parents, leading us to check out at 7 AM the next day. I wouldn't recommend this place for those traveling with elderly family members."
