Spa services were not available as advertised, facility was clean but bathroom plumbing had a strange smell. Water in the pool was not thermal and we couldn’t even make reservations for spa services, tried three times and employees were not even available. In a great location and rooms have good space but don’t go with the expectation of using the “wellness” facilities for much.

"We spent 9 nights at this hotel staying whilst taking part and volunteering at JAT UTMB. our room had a lovely view of the mountains and all staff were friendly and helpful.
