"The staff was very unhelpful. Starting with not helping with bags or anything else. If you wanted to order anything from the restaurant you had to walk to them as they didn't pay attention to you. The food including the breakfast was one of the worst i had in Bali on my three long visits. The room had a paper thin straw wall. I could hear my neighbor like he was in my room. The shower was nice. The pool was alright. The pool towels had stains on them. The yoga was extra charge. Overall disappointment. Would not be back!"

"Fist the road leading to the property is nothing short of dangerous. Save yourself the injury and either walk down and up or just don't book this place. The owner is a weird man that will try to charge you extra for everything. I asked for a pool towel and he told me it would be a $3 charge per day to use a pool towel!! The sheets had hair on them. And no cover for the blanket. You're just supposed to sleep with the same bare blanket that the rest of the previous guests slept with. The shower have no ventilation and you'll stand on uncomfortable rocks while taking a shower. That actually felt unsafe. The only good thing about that place was Made. A cute girl that made sure that we have the wifii password (she actually put it in our phones). She also ren to us after we crashed the scooter exiting the property. She cam with iodine and it seemed like we weren't the fist ones it happened to. Everything else was pretty bad. I wouldn't recommend that place to anyone. "

"This was the most relaxing stay we've ever had. We did read a review that almost derailed our stay there so I'm going to address a few things. 1. The bathrooms are open air. Meaning they have large openings to the outside and you can't close it off. They are fully concrete which is smooth as tile. This was alarming at first and it became one of our favorite parts once we understood the authenticity of the location. 2. Air conditioning is only in the bedrooms. None in living or kitchen area and none in bathrooms. It's very humid in wet season and we spent a lot of time in the bedrooms because of this. 3. Laundry. The listing says laundry but there is not laundry on premises. You have to contact staff and they will come to you to get your laundry and drop it off when finished for a fee. It's VERY inexpensive and worth it for the speedy and kind service. 4. Location. The villa is very remote and there is not a lot of services near by so be certain to bring things you'll need. That being said- this was an amazing stay. The staff catered to EVERY need and delivered every single request to the door. We got massages and facials in the villa. We had our laundry done for us. We rented a scooter and they dropped it off and picked it up. They made us breakfast every morning. We ordered food from local restaurants and it was delivered to us while we were enjoying the pool. We hired the driver for day trips and he handled every single interaction while we were out. "
