"Very close to everything, car not needed as Grab drivers are very easy to book. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and respectful. Environment was very quiet and our room was kept very clean all the time. This is now my go to place to stay when I come back again."

It was for an event and was great staying at the hotel. Only thing which I felt could use some TLC is for smokers, when the C Lounge was occupied, I had to go out to the street which was not ideal at times

A lot of things that needs to improve, rooms are so small, check-in is disorganized, bellmen are disorganized but front desk staff were trying to accommodate the volume and staying nice. Their check in process could be more streamlined.
