We stayed here in 2004 and came back again this time, mainly for the great pool and convenient location. We have also stayed at the fort and makati locations. We upgraded to one of the larger rooms and while spacious, there were minor hints of wear including some carpet stains, and mild damage to some furniture. Shower gout lines showed aging. Water pressure and Wi-Fi signal was great. Bed and pillows great. Staff were cordial and accommodating, as always.

Fantastic service - from the front desk, guest relations and cleaning staff. It was very convenient to book a car to and from the airport. The bakery opens early for a quick coffee and breakfast run. The restaurant (Summer Palace) has outstanding food and service. The hotel is located close to 2 big malls which conveniently has great restaurants as well as shopping and other services (hair and nail salon). We didn’t use the amenities such as the spa and pool but they are available. I highly recommend this hotel in the Greenhills area.
