This charming 100m² air-conditioned mini villa will seduce you with its view on the mountains and its accessibility to the beach, only 300m away.
Well equipped, it can accommodate up to 6 people and is located on the T10 national road, in a place called Chiola, on a 5000m² plot of land.

Close to all amenities (shops, beach, bowling, sports activities...)

Living room: air-conditioned, with sofa bed, TV (orange box) and Wifi

Independent kitchen: equipped with ceramic hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, hood, 2 coffee machines (Senséo + Nespresso), dishes...

Dining room : with extendable table

Storeroom: washing machine, combined fridge-freezer, storage space, hoover, ironing board and iron.

Bedroom 1: air-conditioned: a double bed (140cm), storage space.

Bedroom 2: air-conditioned: a double bed (140cm), 1 sofa bed (140cm), + storage space.

Shower room: with shower + washbasin + towel rail

Sehr Empfehlenswert

Sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus auf großem Grundstück an der Hauptstraße gelegen. Wohnzimmer und beide Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert und ausreichend möbliert. Bad und Toilette sind in getrennten Räumen. Möbel sind überwiegend neuwertig, die Betten sind jeweils 1,4m breit und bequem. Zusätzlich gibt es eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein gesondertes Esszimmer sowie einen kleinen Abstellraum in dem sich der große Kühlschrank und die Waschmaschine befinden. Ein Herd ist jedoch nicht vorhanden. Die Haupt-Terrasse bietet genug Platz zum Essen oder Entspannen. Ein neuwertiger großer mobiler Gasgrill ist vorhanden. Auf dem Grundstück ist genügen Platz zum Parken von Autos oder Sonnenbaden auf bis zu sechs sehr bequemen Sonnenliegen. In 7 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Sandstrand. Dort ist auch ein kleines Strandlokal. Direkt vor dem Grundstück hält 2x am Tag ein Bus Richtung Norden und Süden. Die Übergabe und Abnahme des Objekts war unkompliziert und freundlich durch die Vermittlungsgesellschaft im nächsten Ort. Wir waren als Familie mit drei Erwachsenen für 10 Nächte vor Ort, konnten von hier aus sehr schöne Ausflüge in den Süden, Norden und Westen der Insel unternehmen und sind gerne an den nahen Strand zurückgekehrt. Wir behalten unseren zweiten Urlaub auf Korsika wieder positiv in Erinnerung.
