"What a perfect experience! Amazing staff and some of the best food we’ve ever eaten! Staff is everywhere during the stay to provide you with anything you need. Pools and hot tubs were incredible. We didn’t leave the property for 2 days and wanted to stay an extra day. We did the private breakfast with Alpacas and it was a great experience. "

"Abbiamo trascorso un weekend stupendo in questo hotel. La Spa è davvero bella, con la zona adulti che permette di rilassarsi in tutta tranquillità. Il ristorante è davvero ottimo, sia la cena che la colazione sono state di grande qualità. The restaurant prices need reducing since evening meal options are limited and if you had children would be very expensive. Other than that, the hotel was very good. Reduce the restaurant prices, open up the dinner menu and make it outstanding."

I had to call the hotel to ask for a QR code, the lady who answer (probably the Owner) wasn't kind and I had to answer her in the same way, because I know how to deal with Italians exactly as they do (sometimes).
