Great staff and beautiful property. Gorgeous lake views. Most of the outdoor property has been renovated. Caffe and restaurant staff is outstanding and super helpful to us. Unfortunately the hotel was full due to olympic team for rowing competitions and we got a very old room with dirty yellow paint and poorly maintained green carpet on the 4th floor. This hotel has lots of potential byt I highly recommend the manager or maintenance team to give a fresh coat of paint to the room and the stairs area.

We set off after receiving tips on where to go, what to see and were even lent walking sticks and a flask of tea for our walks!! Arriving back in the evening ..."
