The house is equipped for 4 adults and 1-3 children, The main bedroom equipped with air condition, 2 other bedrooms (with fans), 1 Kids room with bunk beds, 2 bathrooms (1 of them en suite), heating, wifi, large terrace and garden,
The 200m ² terrace is partly covered, equipped with lounge furniture, high quality so very well equipped for great summer nights with family and friends and Barbeceau
Inside as well as outside you will enjoy a very stylish living space, because it was furnished by a well-known artist of a wealthy family from Soller. Purist and state-of-the-art, the spacious villa reflects a bright airy and high-quality atmosphere. Everything is new and well maintained, adorned with small accessories and beautiful art, you have plenty of space to relax and feel good.. The wooden kitchen is fully equipped and a separate laundry room with washmachine and dryer is also provide.
The access is by car, it s about 10min drive from the harbour to the house.
