Stunning 2 bed Soller villa with pool in private grounds with spectacular views

Wonderful 2-bedroom villa, newly built in the traditional Mallorcan style. New 8x4 meter pool. Secluded and spacious south-facing gardens within easy walking distance of Soller Town Square. Fabulous views over Soller and the Tramantana Mountains. Tastefully furnished to a high standard. A 5 minute walk to the nearest shop and a short tram ride to the beach.


Every room is equipped with air conditioning and heating and there is a working fireplace in the lounge. The villa is suitable both for families and groups of friends. Parking is on level ground next to the villa and all doors in the villa are easy-access, double doors. Full access available to the terraces and outdoor eating area next to the villa but lower terraces would be difficult for wheelchair access.

Please note that the road up to our villa, which is about 100 metres long, is steep and narrow with stone walls on either side. Vans and fire engines can drive up it but for your peace of mind, it is recommended that guests hire a small car featured in Categories A or B of car rental ranges. The attached photos show us in a larger car - a Ford Focus - so you can judge for yourselves.

Wonderful villa with great views

We had a great time in this villa, which is a short walk to all the restaurants and shops in Soller. The villa has a wonderful view over the town and is south facing.

Beautiful Views

We have just returned from This lovely little villa. The views are outstanding and only 10 Minutes from town. The pool and outdoor areas are truly fabulous and get the sun all day.

Lovely retreat

The villa had a very comfortable and welcoming feel to it when we arrived. It was furnished to a good standard and had everything we needed. The views and outside space were excellent as was the pool. It was an easy walk, just 15mins to Soller centre and well situated for hiking trails. It had a very peaceful feel to it and we had a very relaxing stay. The access road is narrow and steep and at first sight presents as daunting, however it is managable in a small car-our rental was a Toyota Aygo. We would definately stay again. standard and had everything

Truly stunning villa!

It truly is a stunning villa! From the garden grounds, interior, incredible views, location and helpful hosts - all was just prefect and made our stay unforgettable. Kids loved the pool where the water at end of October/ beginning of November was still fairly warm! Even the steep and narrow road leading to the villa was not a problem and we drove Fiat 500XL. We are already planning to rebook it next year!

A special place

We stayed one week in this beautiful villa. We did a weekly shop on our way from airport then for 3 days we enjoyed the amazing views so much we didn't leave! When you do venture out it is a short walk to the centre of Sóller past a few local bars and restaurants, being able to do this from somewhere that seemed so isolated whilst staying there really was special. As someone else mentioned it's only 180 seconds on foot up the steep hill, but well worth it. We drove a Fiat500 up and down the narrow lane to the villa incident free.

Perfect Villa In Perfect Location

The villa is larger than it looks in the photos, it is modern, clean and extremely well equipped. The view to Soller is stunning. We did not hire a car and found walking into Soller and using the public bus system very straightforward. We also used Pedro who manages the property for the owners for our airport transfers and he was excellent, punctual and extremely helpful. It was the perfect getaway and we would certainly book to come back here again in the future. We had a good feeling before we arrived as Sue who owns the villa had been really helpful with our arrangements and we had read all the previous reviews. And it didn't disappoint.

Excellent stay!

We had a great stay at Casa Verde with our 15 year old son after a long wait due to Covid causing a rescheduling. Thank you to the owners, Sue and Neal for their flexibility and great communication. The views over Soller were amazing. The outside space was great with table, chairs and sun loungers with cushions. The pool was spot-on. The villa itself is perfectly laid out, comfortable, spotless and very well equipped. We really appreciated the beer, wine and milk - thank you! The aircon was very much needed as it was in the high 30s for our stay. The previous notes on the access road which Sue and Neal flag up are really worth taking notice of. We had a Corsa and my husband and I agreed that a Fiat 500/Ford KA would be a better size as we inched up and down the road. All good though and you do get used to it. The only thing I'd say is that if someone has any injuries (knees/hips/feet etc) then walking up and down the steep access road is quite something even for the fit, especially in the August heat - just something to bear in mind. Though the joy of this is that you have no one beyond Casa Verde and you get the views, so it is worth it! Plus, you could easily stay at Casa Verde without a car as the town square is only a 10 min walk and the bus service is so easy to navigate. We used the tram to the port, bus back, took the train to Palma (really worth a visit) and could easily have used the bus service to explore the surrounding beautiful villages, but used the car instead. All in all a 5/5 stay!

Die Villa Casa Verde ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön! Sehr gut ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet mit einem Mega schönen Pool und dazu dieser herrliche Ausblick. Das schönste Objekt in dem wir bisher auf Mallorca Urlaub gemacht haben.Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!

Casa Verde - a lovely property

The property is quintessentially Mallorcan in its appearance and decor. It is spacious, private and extremely comfortable hidden away on the outskirts of Soller.The pool and patio area are lovely and real sun traps. The outside furniture is starting to shown signs of wear but is perfectly serviceable.A word of caution - the lane up to the property is VERY narrow and step. It certainly got the heart pumping when walking back but don't let it put you off - the property is lovely. The owners did tell us about the narrow lane and advised us to get a small hire car.

Magic villa

We had the most wonderful week staying at this villa. The property was immaculate and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need for a truly comfortable stay.The location is exceptional—peaceful and quiet, with breathtaking views, yet just a 20-minute walk to the main square of Sóller, where you'll find charming shops, restaurants, and cafés.Yes, the road leading up to the villa is steep and quite narrow, but don't let that deter you. Whether walking or driving, I promise you do get used to it. We had a small SUV and by the third day, we were navigating it without holding our breath! The reward? A stunning pool and those unforgettable views that make it all completely worthwhile.We highly recommend this villa and would absolutely return.

Wunderbare Ferien-Villa!

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt in dem Haus. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung und ein herrlicher Garten mit Pool und Stellplätze für Autos. Mit den Vermietern war der Kontakt sehr freundlich. Alles hat problemlos geklappt. Um das Haus zu erreichen sollte man einen kleinen Wagen wählen, denn die Straße ist nicht sehr breit. Dafür hat das Haus eine tolle Lage mit Blick auf Soller. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

absoluter Traum

Wir haben bereits sehr viele Fincas rund um Soller gemietet. Bei dieser Finca gab es rein gar nichts auszusetzen. Absoluter Traum, hier passt einfach alles.Die Auffahrt zur Fina ist eine große Herausforderung, daher sollte der Wagen so klein wie möglich sein. Dieses kleine Manko sollte man mit berücksichtigen.Wir kommen gerne wieder.Grüße vom Niederrhein Bernd und Ewald

A marvelous holiday to remember

We had a wonderful stay in this fantastic, perfectly equipped villa. Although we arrived in December in the cold, the villa was pleasantly warm when we arrived. We were greeted by the very friendly cleaning team. We immediately felt at home. The kitchen equipment is very good, we didn't miss anything. The beds are very comfortable, as is the cozy sofa, on which we could relax after the bike ride. But the best thing was the fantastic view of soller and the tramuntana mountains from the beautiful terrace, which we were able to use despite it being winter. The pool was very well maintained. There was absolutely nothing we missed. The location is perfect, you can walk to the center of Soller in a few minutes, which is very atmospheric, especially in the evenings. Sue and Neal are wonderful hosts. They were always helpful and even offered to drop off a car rail that we had left at the house at the car rental company for us. We would like to thank Sue and Neal very much and will definitely come back

Half term break in October

The property was in an amazing location tucked away with beautiful views of the Soller valley and the mountains. The driveway was slightly tight in the big Peugeot we rented - next time mental note to get a small car - regardless it was still fine! The location was a short walk from the local Spar and the town which had superb restaurants. It was the ideal base for exploring - tram to Port De Soller was an experience as was the train to Palma. The best thing about the place was the peacefulness with everything to hand with a well appointed kitchen and good WiFi. Overall it was a superb experience - thoroughly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at this fantastic villa. The villa is in a fantastic position overlooking Soller town, and the view is spectacular. We found the villa immaculately clean, and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The communication from the owners was spot on and they were very helpful. This is one of the nicest villas we have stayed in and I hope to return again in the future.

Stunning Villa!

We spent a week at Casa Verde and had a wonderful stay. The villa is absolutely beautiful with views which are hard to beat. It is very well equipped and felt like a home from home. The location is perfect and a lovely walk into the town centre of Soller. Yes the hill up to the villa is steep but it keeps you fit and you are rewarded by the most stunning scenery when you return from a day out! Great communication from the owners who provided a cot and high chair for our 10 month old and airport transfers were also arranged. It is the perfect base to explore the surrounding area, take a train to Palma or the tram to the Port. We would highly recommend and would love to return in the future.
