If you love nature, and the sea, like walks, hiking, and cycling, or want to create the rhythm of your vacation, this wooden house in a rockery will win you over at first sight.

This glamping wooden house is 30m2/323ft, with a large front terrace overlooking the sea.
The spacious terrace offers a fantastic view of the sea so that you can enjoy day and night views of Rogača Bay, neighboring islands, and the city of Split.
Upon entering the house, there is a wardrobe area that is connected to the bedroom, which has a spring-box bed measuring 160x200, a smaller workspace, a FLAT TV, and a window with a sea view.
The bathroom is separated by a door, modern, and functionally equipped with a spacious shower.
The kitchen is a separate room decorated in the industrial style with an internal dining island. It can be completely opened to the terrace and become part of it. It is richly equipped with appliances, utensils, kitchen aids, a dishwasher, an induction hob with four hot plates, and a refrigerator with a separate freezer.
There is a spacious dining table and comfortable chairs on the terrace, as well as deckchairs in the lounge area. Next to the deck is a modern outdoor shower with heated water.
In the Mediterranean garden belonging to the house, there is also an outdoor kitchen with an electric grill, as well as a closed storage room for bicycles or sports equipment.
On the property itself, there is a small library, an OPEN BAR - 24 hours a day, and a garden with Mediterranean herbs for free use.

The kitchen is disinfected after every checkout, and essential spices are in the kitchen (salt, paper, sugar).

Šolta is located 50 min ferry drive (people and vehicles) or 20 min speedboat drive (people only) from Split. This property is a 15-minute walk from the Rogač ferry port or just a few minutes car drive. Main village Grohote, with all necessary for living (supermarket, local market with fresh fruits and veggies, post, ATM, pharmacy, local doctor), is a 20-minute walk or just a 5-minute car drive. So the property's very accessible location is perfect for guests with or without a car.
