Love the digital keys in your phone to get into your room, save losing the keys as i often do. Will 100% be staying at this hotel once again when I visit Eindhoven. "See review categories above, regarding the Hotel Staff at the check-in desk and the bar were lovely. We appreciated the "entertainment" factor (i.e. Pool tables, ping pong table, etc.) As to cleanliness, we were guests at the Park Plaza for 10 nights. Our unit was not maintained to a level we expected. Dust on the furniture, garbage (2 cans) not always emptied, we had to request extra towel on one occasion (the cleaners left only 1 bath towel for 2 adults) "

"Worst hotel ever. When we checked in and tried to enter the elevator, it didn't work with our room card and staff told us, to carry our luggage up the stairs. We arrived in our room and it was very disgusting. There was dust on everything, looked like it wasn't cleaned for months. Bathroom wasn't cleaned too. Also, we ordered room with AC and it wasn't there. So we complained to the staff and they relocated us to another room. No more dust, but not very clean either. There wasn't AC again and...
