Reservation mix up
"There was a mix up with our reservation and it was late night when we arrived. Front desk helped get us into a “sister” hotel not far away at the same rate. Very grateful for their assistance working this out. Sister hotel was fantastic"

"We stayed here for visiting the Christmas Market in Strasbourg. The accommodation is even better than the pictures show. Matthieu is a great host, very friendly and had a lot of tips regarding Christmas Markets in Alsace. Thanks again for the great hospitality, we enjoyed every minute of it."
