The hotel is modern, beautifully clean and in a great location with McDonalds/Lidl/Sushi Restaurant and Shopping opposite. Buses are across the road and it's about 10 mins away from the city centre.

I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is clean, and the rooms are surprisingly spacious. One of the best parts is the location: close enough to Strasbourg’s city center to get there quickly, yet far enough to avoid the noise and congestion. It’s the perfect balance if you want easy access to the sights without the stress of staying right in the middle of everything. Comfortable, calm, and convenient—highly recommended.

The apartment was really clean. It should have few more pots different sized for cooking and small expresso cups as there is a coffee machine with coffee pots. But all in all great stay, very comfy, big double bedroom and bathroom - we loved it!

Nice apartment, but horrible sofa to sleep on in the apartments. It is a good value for the price, but breakfast is limited to 1-2 sorts of cheese, only tomatos and cucumbers, one type of fruit, lots of breads. The staff in the morning was quick and helpful but in the evening service is very slow, although the venue wasn’t busy. I loved the sauna, the swimming pool is very small and crowded. I would skip the massage if you like it nice and warm, it was cold in the room during ours and it was shorter than in the menu. But the massage and facial were quite good.

Nice stay.

The apartment was spacious enough for 4 adults but the sofa bed was not comfortable (mattress warped). The handheld shower does not have a hook at the higher position, which makes it difficult for shorter people to use and does not want to use the overhead shower. The location was okay, near a supermarket and food outlets.

My stay at Citadines Eurométropole Strasbourg was extremely disappointing. The staff, including the manager, were unhelpful and unprofessional. The parking gate rarely worked, the room had no heating, no amenities, and a constant wind noise. We were freezing all night, and housekeeping even entered our room without permission. There was no drinking water available, and the coffee machines at breakfast were often out of service. I have no idea how this hotel has 4 stars, 1 star would be generous. I will never return and strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.
This is a proof that the room had no heating, so they gave us the one in the picture, and it was freezing

Property was in top condition and we had a very comfortable stay for 4 days. Though it is slightly away from city centre it was well connected to the city centre which you could reach in 15-20mins. There are local grocery stores like Lidl and Inter Marché which was super convenient.

Comfortable hotel

The staff were great,including in the restaurant. Room was god size and had everything we needed. Like majority of French hotels, no english tv channels and unable to cast or screen mirror even though it was a smart tv. 15 minute wal, to tram although bus runs in front of hotel.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We enjoy the location even though it’s a few mins out of the center. We can either walk a few mins to take the train into the center or Uber it. The hosts at the front were super friendly. Shoutout to Mona, thanks again for your kindness. Rooms were clean and spacious. I’d recommend.

Stayed for 4 nights on vacations. The facilities are very good including underground parking. I didnt find so nice the fact that there is no room cleaning and pool/sauna included in the price. The location is a little suburban, taking at least 30 min to the city center. Not much to do or eat around the hotel.

Rooms very looking very nice and beds were comfortable Breakfast selection was sufficient and bread was fresh staff was very friendly and helpful - Spa was NOT free (15 euros per person for 2 hours), although on the booking page it says it is included. For external people, the spa costs 28 euros for 4 hours.. So even cheaper than when you are staying in the hotel? - If you want to visit Strasbourg we would recommend choosing something a bit more central

Stopover stay only. Staff wonderful. Felt safe. Apartment sparse and feels functional, lacking some basics had we wanted to cook. Car parking a bit ropey if you have a tall vehicle or roof box. Getting to town requires walks / buses / trams or taxi. Gym very lightly equipped. Didn’t try pool (too expensive)
