This was our 4th stay and I have to say we were a little disappointed this time.
The overall hotel was clean but our room wasn't cleaned at all for the first 4 days (in spite of us leaving the sign out) we then complained and they were on it. My sister stayed next door and hers wasn't cleaned once!
The rooms also need some checking -rip in curtain, tv not working great - lots of channels but none work!
The staff weren't as pleasant and helpful this time either
Overall the location is great and is was ok but not sure we would go back again

This is our 4th visit to this stunning hotel, right in the heart of the old town, within easy access to shops, bars & restaurants.
Staff are all wonderful and sorted beach clubs, restaurant reservations for us, we had a delay going out to Palma, I text them and they informed the beach club we would be arriving a little later than expected.
Rooms are absolutely stunning, rooftop bar is lovely and gets the sun in the evening, we always had a cocktail before heading out in the evening. Cannot wait to go back
