the room is in a good condition, but area is not so good, so in the evening, it could be a bit noisy with ppl loud conversations / shouting / traffic etc.

Fantastic staff, clean room. Good location near central station.

Lovely hotel. Very impressed with lobby, great first impressions. Staff very friendly. Initially happy with room , bed very comfortable. Hotel room far too hot, despite lowering temperature to minimum, so had to open window… then noise from outside horrendous. Woke up every hour with police sirens and construction vehicles parked outside in street and people shouting. Choice of no sleep from either too hot or too noisy. Would not recommend room overlooking road Schwanthalerstraße.

We were at Hotel Adria for 3-nights, but rarely in our room. I didn't realize we had a small fridge hidden in the cabinetry until it was time to leave. A number of stairs prior to reaching elevator, which could pose a challenge for some carrying luggage. We were out and did not have breakfast. Location close to underground/subway and still somewhat walkable to the city. Englisher Garten convenient. Quiet and dark at night with large St Anna's church, but beautiful during daylight. Convenience store and nice cafe and small restaurants close by. Room was initally warm, but housekeeping opened the window. Comfortable. Updated bathroom for a basic room, but very clean. Front desk very pleasant. Immediately offered to store our luggage upon our early checkout for us to enjoy time in Munich. Would stay here again.
