The beautiful backyard features gardens, fruit trees, a fire pit, bbq and a beautiful outdoor dining table under the vines. The wrap around porch is the perfect place to sip wine and unwind from the day!

Holiday Get Away

Beautiful Property

This is a well maintained, quaint home with all the amenities. Fantastic location. The kitchen is well equipped and has modern, beautiful appliances. We visited in February so didn't take advantage of the gorgeous backyard but we hope to be back!

We had a wonderful stay, easy check-in, great location, with an easy 20-minute walk to Sonoma Square. Also a great home base for winery tastings. Good communication with host to ensure we were comfortably set up.

Charming Cottage

In town for my sister's 50th Birthday & were fortunate to have stayed at this beautiful cottage. The moment we arrived until we left everything was absolutely perfect. Loved the backyard!!! Super close to the town square & so many great restaurants. Hope to return soon.

Wonderful stay in Sonoma at Newcomb cottage!

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Newcomb cottage. The house is spacious, well equipped with all of the essentials, in a wonderful area with restaurants, shops, and convenience stores all in walking distance, and has an absolutely lovely outdoor space. It’s a great space for a small group. Definitely recommend this for your stay!

The property was comfortable for 2 couples with separate baths & bedrooms. The outdoor areas on the porch and patio were most enjoyable. We loved the quiet evenings by the firepit. Cozy cottage with a great location❣️ All furnishings clean and comfortable with exception of kitchen table chairs.

Nice location and lovely home

Everything you need was available at this location. The home was clean, beds were comfortable and neighborhood was very nice. The weather was not great during our stay so we didn't use much of the outside amenities. There are lots of nice outside sitting areas that would make this an ideal spot in nicer weather. We had a one year old with us, and the neighborhood was wonderful for a stroller ride and walk to a coffee shop. It's a short drive to beautiful wineries and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful well appointed cottage in a great location.

Fabulous stay. Comfortable cottage with a great back yard with fire pit and side porch. Well appointed kitchen and nice amenities like coffee, tea and sugar, paper towels and dish soap. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Walking distance to many great restaurants and a short drive to Napa. Sonoma has a noise ordinance from 9-9 so just be aware. We brought the conversation and games into the living room. Property manager was very responsive.

Cute place

We were two couples traveling to explore wine country with a hired driver.This place is super cute and well appointed with items needed if you were staying in and cooking meals.Kitchen chairs are an accident waiting to happen with a collapse of a chair. We are smaller adult women and were afraid to sit on them for fear of breaking them.Heat distribution of thermostat and even heat in rooms was a slight issue also.

Family cozy nest

Very clean, tasteful, comfortable, and multiple interesting outdoor spaces to relax in. Worked well for our toddler with supplied baby born pack n play and joovy highchair. Extra space by back sliding door was a life-saver for yoga and playtime on a rainy day. Nice appliances. Pack a robe, because Bathrooms are off hallways and the “ king” bed is not a true king. Only thing I would have changed was our wet weather, yet we still saw some colorful sunrises.

quaint home

This place was perfect for my husband, me, and another couple. Great, private outdoor space. Beautiful fruit trees and herb garden as well. We spent several evenings outside enjoying ourselves. The inside was tastefully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking in. My only issue was that the back bedroom and bath had the same curtains that were too small for the windows. It didn't give privacy when changing and using the space at night. Besides this everything was in good quality, well kept and clean which made our stay very enjoyable. I have high expectations for cleanliness, and this rental was probably the best one I've been to in a while. Good job to the cleaning crew!
