"The front desk staff went above and beyond to assure our stat was excellent. Elisa was so helpful with directions to the parking lot as well as with making sure our luggage was placed in our room by the time check in was available. We also received a welcome splash of rose wine and although we missed the happy hour event, we were offered a complimentary bottle of red wine. We love staying at El Dorado were are welcomed and treated like family. I look forward to staying there again soon."
