"Probably one of the worst hotel stays we've had. The hotel was quiet and there was ample parking, although parking in the rear of the building did not seem well lit. The shampoo, conditioner, and lotion provided by the hotel were awful and stunk, and although the room was clean it was incredibly dark with very poor lighting. Tiny TV, and the most uncomfortable bed. When I mentioned the bed to the front desk, we were told that all the beds were new and that "most people like them". We came back to the hotel on our second evening to find signs on the elevators that they were out of order. We were on the fourth floor. Their solution? See if the elevator will work. Did not bother with their breakfast after we got cups of apple juice that were just slightly yellow water."

"We actually had an issue with Travelocity’s booking, paid for two nights they only booked one for us. The hotel was great though and made sure we got taken care of."

"The house was wonderful for our family for the weekend that we spent there to attend our grandson‘s wedding. The games that were provided were very fun for The Family to play. When we have rented in the Phoenix area in the past, we’ve always had some amenities like pods for the Keurig, sugar, lots of dish towels, and dish cloths. This Rental did not provide any of those. The kitchen is very well stocked of everything else. Lots of dishes, glasses, pots, and pans, etc..The refrigerator could be replaced as a lot of of the drawers don’t work properly. The one bedroom and bathroom that is off the north east side, had an odor that smells like sulfur. Possibly coming from the pipes or the drain. Other than that, the house was very clean and well maintained. We would definitely rent there again."
