"Breakfast was pretty good. Beds not so much. Horrified with horrible heavy mechanism meant to keep room's door closed at all cost: a small child or frail adult could get hurt by this monster set-up. Not even a door stop available to keep door open to get luggage cart in/out without massive effort. "

"We actually had an issue with Travelocity’s booking, paid for two nights they only booked one for us. The hotel was great though and made sure we got taken care of."

"The hotel itself is great, it is a contemporary well maintained space, that stands apart from alternative hotels in the Happy Valley area. (I travel to the area 2-3X per month and speak from extensive experience. Sadly the staff does not come close to matching the property. The front desk staff completely lacks genuine authenticity, while the restaurant & bar staff are worse - they treat customer (not just me) like an incovenient annoyance. I've watched guests wait forever to be served, or to get their bills. Absolutely horrible. This hotel will never be more than 1 star until they fix staffing."

"The room was clean & decent size. However, the bathroom is small. The front desk staff could be a bit more friendlier & welcoming. No free breakfast! Also, the hotel provides two bottles of water at $3.00 each. We went to the local Walmart to buy bottled water. With that being said, look out for a $6.00 charge on your credit card/bank account because we were charged for those two bottles of water even though we didn’t consume them. The bottles of water were in the same spot when we left. I had to call the hotel to inquire on the $6.00 charge to my account & the employee stated it was for the bottles of water. I disputed of course. If the hotel cleaning staff is drinking/taking the bottles of water & the guest is getting charged, that’s horrible!! "
