"We love our room, it is sp clean, fresh and spacious. The reception staff are nice and helpful and our food and waitress at the restaurant were lovely. Will for sure be coming back to stay here in the future."
"The entire staff goes above and beyond, showcasing a remarkable level of friendliness and exceptional customer service. Their courteous demeanor truly makes a difference! Plus, the dining area at Fanthom is inviting and beautifully designed, adding to the overall delightful experience."
"Very nice place but their housekeeping staff need to be retrained they missed lots of things I’d expect they shouldn’t at this caliber of hotel. Front desk was amazing. Room was perfect. Area was nice. Great trails and classy neighborhood. Felt safe"
"We enjoyed our stay at the Empress. The service is excellent and every employee we met was friendly and helpful! The concierge helped us book excursions and tea and answered any questions we had. The turndown service was an added touch that we appreciated. It was interesting to learn that the honey at tea was from the on-site bee hives!"
"Beautiful property, excellent staff and food options. Wish we had been able to stay longer to be able to take advantage of more of the amenities. Loved being able to watch the seals from our balcony and get up close to watch from the dock in front of the hotel too. "
The Westin Bear Mountain Golf Resort & Spa, Victoria
10/10 Excellent
"The greeter was such a delight! He made our stay so memorable! The hotel was lovely. It has every romantic getaway must-haves checked. Its in the quieter side of Victoria, so you have to travel 40 minutes farther away from downtown, but it was worth it nevertheless. The hotel suites were spacious and very comfortable. It even has a wide balcony that lets you view a wide range of nature. The room service staff were very friendly and attentive. "
