 You will have an entire house, newly built and with a large garden, consisting of a double bedroom, a small bedroom (queen size bed), kitchen, 2 bathrooms; external porch with table. You will find everything you need: kitchen utensils, linen, dishwasher, washing machine, games and equipment for children, etc ...
Small pets are also welcome !.
The house is located inside a farm, so you can buy fresh farm products directly from the owner: seasonal vegetables and fruits, legumes, oil, honey, wine, jams !!
From here you can quickly reach Sorano, Pitigliano, Sovana, Saturnia, Mount Amiata, Lake Bolsena and many other wonders !!! Nearby possibility of guided tours by bike, on foot and on horseback. On request Tastings of typical products directly on the farm !!!

Evaluation of cottage at Elmo

Basic, but clean and equipped cottage. Large outside garden area to sit in with views over the countryside and to sit and watch the stars at night. Excellent communication with the owner. Responds very quickly to any messages and requests. Very calm and peaceful location, well placed for visiting the area. I would say the only small disadvantage of the cottage and something to be aware of is, that there is no living area, which is not a problem if the weather is perfect and you can sit outside all the time. However, we had a couple of days of bad weather when it would have been nice to have had somewhere comfortable to sit inside.

Wonderful holiday cottage with sweet and helpful host

We stayed at the property (the larger apartment in the double house) for 2 weeks nad thouroghly enjoyed the remote location away from the busy city life with our own little pool. The house is located about 12km from Pitigliano where there are several restaurants and two larger supermarkets. There is a small minimarket down the road (about 300-400m) with basic groceries as well. There is no air conditioning in the house, but it wasn't a problem as long as we held all the doors and windows closed during the day. That way the temperature in the bedrooms was just fine at night (eventhough it was 33 - 38 degrees Celsius during our stay). It was very convenient to have a washing machine in the house. The best part of our stay was the friendliness of our host Daniela. She gave us all the information we could wish for and even helped us booking an appointment at a vet for one of our dogs who had had an accident on our way to Italy. We would recommend the property as a base to anyone wishing to explore the souther part of Tuscany (Maremma).

Calme et repos

Calme et repos à la campagne. Hébergement simple mais confortable. La région est splendide avec des sites de tout premier ordre à découvrir. Le seul hic c’est la faiblesse du réseau de téléphonie mobile. Hormis cela nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances

Superbe endroit!

Nous venons de passer 7 semaines dans cette propriété et nous avons été plus qu'enchantés. Tant par l'endroit que par le gentillesse et la disponibilité de la propriétaire , mais également de son papa . Un gîte très propre avec des extérieurs très bien entretenus Le seul petit bémol est qu'il n'y aie pas de fauteuils ou un petit divan 2 places afin de pouvoir s'installer confortablement le soir . Si vous aimez le calme et la nature nous vous recommandons vivement cet endroit.

Très belle région, beaucoup de choses à voir mais la voiture est indispensable.

La maison correspond parfaitement au descriptif. Propriétaires très accueillants malgré la barrière de la langue. Maison très propre, très calme avec piscine très appréciée en fin de journée. Merci à Daniela ainsi que son Papa.

Parfait!

Premier séjour en Toscane et grâce à cette location, nous en sommes tombés amoureux... Les photos et la description correspondent à l'endroit. Un endroit calme, tranquille et magnifique. Daniela et son papa sont adorables. Ils prennent soin de leur maison et de son entretien. Ils sont discrets mais toujours disponibles pour un bon conseil. Tres belle région, propriétaires super sympa

Bel appartement, très calme, tres bien situé pour une vue magnifique de la Toscane campagnarde. Les photos correspondent parfaitement à ce que l'on a trouvé sur place. Nous tenons particulièrement à remercier Daniela et son papa pour leur accueil. Son papa est un homme remarquable de gentillesse, de discrétion pour les entretiens qu'il vient faire à la maison. La maison est très propre. Le papa de Daniela est de très bon conseil pour les visites à effectuer ainsi que les restos du coin. Le lac de Bolsena, Pitigliano et son centre historique , le resto Picciolana (à Elmo même), les termes de Sorano et de Saturnia, les "Vies Caves", etc. Il y a énormément à visiter. Nous sommes restés 15 jours, et on n'a pas eu le temps de tout voir. La petite piscine privée, a été d'un très grand secours pour la chaleur, et une source de joie pour les enfants et les grands. Merci à vous. P.S on a eu quelques problèmes de moustiques.

PARFAIT

Un seul mot PARFAIT. C'est une très belle location d'une propreté irréprochable tout comme la piscine. Nos enfants ont particulièrement appréciés la compagnie des 2 petits chiens et du chat des propriétaire. La maison est assez isolée mais quand on vient de la ville on apprécie..... Les propriétaires sont d'une totale discrétion. Je recommande vivement cette location. Nous y avons passé un super séjour !
