This requirement ensures compliance with our security and verification protocols and helps facilitate a seamless and secure check-in process.<br><br>INSURANCE POLICY<br>We strongly recommend that you and all members of your party purchase travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation due to illness or death. Appropriate coverage should be purchased at the time of booking. Please note that in the unfortunate event of a cancellation due to any events, occurrences, or causes—including health reasons—cancellation terms will irrevocably apply. <br><br>VISITORS & GATHERINGS<br>You agree to the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by Elena & Vittorio. The property has a maximum number of guests allowed. You understand and accept that the number of people must not exceed the number of sleeping places stated in the property description. Should the house manager discover more people on-site than the maximum number allowed, as per the property description, the extra people may be asked to vacate the house.  <br><br>LIMITATIONS<br>Should you intend to use one of our apartments for any type of commercial purpose, such as photo shoots or filming, please inform Elena & Vittorio of this immediately at the time of booking. Such use will only be permitted with our written consent. You are not permitted to organise any private parties, weddings, wedding receptions, or large gatherings at our properties without our written permission, unless clearly specified in the description. In such cases, you will be asked to pay an additional fee for your event.<br><br>ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE<br>Standard check-in time is between 3:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. <br>It is your responsibility to check the permitted arrival time in the description of the property of your choice, as it may differ from the standard time indicated above, depending on the property.  In case of flight delays or any unforeseen issues while travelling, please contact us.
