False Advertising!

Accommodation OK but this apartment was specifically booked as it had a pool and the photo below shows what we were presented with! I await Hotels.com / accommodation directly to liaise with me regarding reimbursement. We would not have stayed here had we been informed there were pool issues. This is not just 2 weeks of "filter issues". Very very disappointed. We had to incur additional costs at the Beach area.
