The hotel was perfectly placed just a short stroll from the main pedestrian area, lovely pool on the roof and large, well maintained room with a balcony overlooking the lemon grove. We’ve been lucky enough to stay in a few places but, hands down, the customer service by the concierge and reception staff was the best ever received - friendly, polite, attentive, chatty and couldn’t do enough to make you feel welcome and informed. A credit to the hotel, thanks for having us.

Hotel was lovely and in a great location in Sorrento. Very close to the centre and train station making it a useful base for visiting things in the local area. Hotel advertises a bar and access to food and drinks but this was closed, even in August. Rooftop pool area and bar are excellent but only open after 6:30pm on a Friday. It also gets very busy. Breakfast was varied and plentiful with lots of choice on offer. Hotel was great but lacking atmosphere so you have to go out to find it elsewhere.

As I have mobility issues the reception staff allowed me to access the basement carpark to save me having to use the many steps at the rear of the hotel. From there it was an easy walk to piazza tasso. The hotel itself was good, large room that was cleaned every day and the rooftop bar was great. My granddaughter loved the roof top pool. The Caruso Augusto club was a great place to finish the evening, quite and comfortable. All in all, couldn't really fault it and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The location was perfect—central and easy to get around. The property itself is very pretty and well-maintained. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even better. Highly recommend!

Everything about my stay was fabulous except for the coffee machine in reception. The roof top terrace was absolutely spectacular and a welcome escape from a wonderful, vibrant but very very busy city.

Overall great stay

We had a great stay at the hotel. It was hard to find. We were asking for Hotiday, which didn’t seem to be the name. Once we arrived it was great. The location was ideal to explore the town and be close to the train station. The breakfast was beyond expectation. The beds were comfortable. The rooftop was a nice way to finish the day.
