Casa Tina has several positives. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Sorrento, and the apartment was very clean upon arrival.A highlight was the parking recommendation provided at check-in. Although it differed from the guidance we received before arrival, it turned out to be a perfect solution. The garage staff shuttled us and our luggage to and from the apartment, making both check-in and check-out simple and stress-free.Unfortunately, there were also some disappointments. The kitchen was not well equipped, with only one usable wine glass and a refrigerator/freezer that struggled to keep items cold.The biggest issue was the pool access. We booked this property largely because of the pool, but were not informed in advance that swim caps were required. No caps were available onsite, and we were unable to find them at nearby markets, so we never got to use the pool.With better communication about the pool requirements and some attention to the kitchen amenities, this would be a much stronger property. The location and cleanliness were excellent, but these issues had a significant impact on our stay.
