Set within lush gardens with stunning views of the Gulf of Naples, Mount Vesuvius and the surrounding hills, the villa is spread across three independent units, each with private entrances and outdoor areas, sleeping 14 in total. With a heated infinity pool, jacuzzi and beautifully designed outdoor spaces, it offers the perfect balance between privacy and shared living.



Managed by the local experts at Feeling Italy, this countryside home includes daily light housekeeping from Monday to Saturday. Enjoy a fully tailored holiday with our dedicated Concierge team, on hand to organise private dining, boat charters and unique local experiences.

The Space:

Villa Giulia consists of three separate units, each with private entrances and outdoor areas:



First Apartment (Left Wing): a bright living room with open-space kitchen opening onto a patio with a traditional pizza oven, a double bedroom with sea views and a bathroom with walk-in shower, a spacious twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and sea views, and an additional double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. A rooftop terrace offers panoramic views of Capri and the Gulf of Naples.

Second Apartment (Central Unit): a spacious living area with kitchen and a double bedroom (via wooden staircase) with en-suite bathroom.

Third Apartment (Garden Level): a living area with a double sofa bed and kitchen opening onto a patio with a shaded pergola and dining table, a king-size bedroom with patio access and a bathroom with walk-in shower, and a double bedroom with private bathroom and outdoor access.



Your private outdoor sanctuary



Step outside into Mediterranean gardens arranged over two levels. On the upper level, cool off in the heated infinity pool with jacuzzi and solarium, surrounded by a flower garden with sweeping coastal views. On the lower level, gather at the outdoor kitchen under a traditional Sorrentine pergola beside a large dining table, framed by a lawn and lemon and orange trees, perfect for long lunches and unforgettable sunsets. Pool heating is available from April 1st to June 15th and from September 15th to October 30th, upon advance request.

While a car offers greater independence, our Concierge team can arrange private transfers, drivers and boat experiences to Capri, Positano and Amalfi throughout your stay. Please note that only small cars are recommended, as the final stretch of road becomes narrow.

Arrival and Check-In Information



Check-in / Check-out: personal check-in between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Check-out is by 10:00 am.

Daily cleanings: daily light housekeeping is included from Monday to Saturday, always with full respect for guests' privacy.

Accessibility: the property is arranged across independent units connected by outdoor pathways and steps, and is not ideal for wheelchair users or guests with significant mobility limitations.

Parking: private parking on site for up to 6 cars; only small cars are recommended.

City tax: €4 per adult per day for the first 7 nights, payable in cash upon arrival.



Wood-fired oven: the wood-fired oven is reserved exclusively for use by professional pizza chefs authorised by Feeling Italy. This service can be arranged through our Concierge team. Please contact us in advance for availability and pricing details.



Events and Weddings



The property hosts small private celebrations and weddings (subject to approval). All coordination is managed exclusively by the Feeling Italy Concierge team and a dedicated wedding planner.



Services: mandatory, provided entirely in-house, and quoted separately.

Services Policy

To ensure consistent service standards, proper coordination and respect for the property, external suppliers and third-party service providers are not permitted.

This includes, but is not limited to, private chefs, catering companies, event vendors, decorators, musicians, photographers, wellness practitioners, transport providers and other external contractors.

All guest services must be arranged exclusively through Feeling Italy and its approved partners.
