Surya | Elegant Apartment with Balcony in the Heart of Sorrento

Surya is a brand-new, elegant apartment located on Corso Italia, just a few steps from Piazza Lauro, the train station and the heart of the city. Its central location makes it easy to explore Sorrento on foot and use public transport to discover the Sorrento Peninsula and surrounding destinations.



Located on the third floor of a residential building with an elevator, inside a private gated complex with controlled access, Surya combines a central location with privacy and tranquility. The apartment has been completely renovated with quality materials, natural tones and elegant green accents inspired by nature.



Surya can accommodate up to 5 guests and is ideal for families, couples or small groups of friends. The bright open-plan living area features a comfortable sofa bed, Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi and a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, coffee machine, tableware, utensils and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.



The apartment features two air-conditioned bedrooms. The main bedroom is enhanced by sophisticated nature-inspired wallpaper, while the second bedroom has two fixed single beds. Both provide convenient storage space for personal belongings.



From the living room, you can step directly onto the private furnished balcony, with comfortable seating and a table. It is the perfect spot for breakfast, an aperitif, a light meal or simply relaxing outdoors after a day exploring Sorrento.



The modern bathroom has a window and features elegant green finishes with natural motifs. It includes a shower, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Each guest receives a complete set of three towels, and bed linen is included. A safe is also available in the apartment.



Piazza Lauro, Corso Italia, shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. The nearby train station provides convenient connections to Pompeii, Naples and other destinations. A car is therefore not necessary during your stay.



The apartment does not have private parking. Public parking facilities and secure garages are available nearby, with indicative rates between €25 and €36 per day.



Check-in is carried out personally by a member of our staff, and guests must arrange their approximate arrival time in advance. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Late check-in is available for an additional fee, payable in cash upon arrival: €30 from 8:30 PM to 11:30 PM and €50 from 11:30 PM to 2:00 AM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.



Upon arrival, all guests must present a valid identity document for mandatory registration with the Italian authorities.



From April to October, the Municipality of Sorrento requires a tourist tax of €4 per person, per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. Minors are exempt, and the tax must be paid in cash upon arrival.
