In a quiet and secluded area, Villa Maria is a recently renovated holiday home offering outdoor spaces, privacy, and a wonderful Mediterranean atmosphere—ideal for families or groups of up to 6 people, and strategically located for exploring northern Sardinia.

We’re located in Sorso, in the Porchile area, next to the Acqua di Mare resort, with access to the beach via a path within the resort.

SPACES AND ROOMS

The ground floor features two air-conditioned and fully furnished double bedrooms, a spacious and bright living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, a full bathroom with a toilet, bidet, and shower, a laundry room with a washer-dryer, and Wi-Fi. 

OUTDOOR AREAS AND RELAXATION

One of the property’s highlights is the spacious covered veranda, perfect for breakfast with a sea view, dinners al fresco, and moments of relaxation in complete privacy.

Guests also have access to private parking and a spacious garden, which is ideal for those travelling with pets.

Its elevated location offers a pleasant breeze and an unobstructed view of the coastal landscape.

BEACH ACCESS AND AMENITIES

The beach is easily accessible via a right-of-way that crosses the neighbouring resort.

Within the resort, for an additional fee, guests can enjoy the pool and pool bar.
