"This was the worst stay I have ever experienced. There were rats in by room coming from the bathroom. We stayed all of 5 hours before realizing the severity of the problem. The staff was helpful in immediately issuing a refund and a full refund to Expedia- which we received in 3 days. Some advice - just shut it down! Thank you to the two staff members who helped us check in and out and I apologize for you having to work in such an atrocious hotel… and thank you to Expedia for helping us out from...

"I booked because its a Wyndham and I've had good experiences at their other properties.
This is not a Wyndham by any stretch of the imagination. The beds in the double occupancy rooms are just over the size of single beds.
The paint is peeling off the walls, the carpets are disgusting and smell horrible. The hallways smell of cigarette smoke.
The towels we were given were stained and dirty."
