Log-built holiday cabin (2005) on the banks of the Tenetinjoki River in Sotkamo, approximately 20 m from the shore. Private lakeshore, pier, and rowing boat.

The cabin has a floor area of 91 m², spread over two floors. The ground floor features a bright combined kitchen/living room, fireplace, bedroom with a double bed, sauna (electric stove), shower cubicle, separate toilet, and utility room with access to the end porch. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a separate bed for one guest. The loft has sofa beds that can accommodate 1-3 guests. Terrace with gas grill.

In the yard area, there is a separate outdoor sauna with a wood-heated stove and a cauldron. The sauna building includes a summer-use guest room offering alternative sleeping arrangements for 1-2 guests.

Spacious, bright, and green yard area. Playhouse, badminton net. Covered grill shelter, woodshed in the barn building, and a collection of old items under the shelter.
