This hotel was wonderful, but the staff are the best staff out of any hotel. Some of the nicest people ever—especially Ricardo. He was the best, and went truly above and beyond. Once in a lifetime service and accommodations. Also great location. Take advantage of the boat service + deck service, and if there is any question the staff will help. The only issue was the room cleanliness. There were random bits of food on the floor, and the cleaning staff left their gloves on the floor (I have a photo). Would recommend again.

Amazing property in a great location. Laundry service, breakfast was wonderful rooftop views were phenomenal. Staff went over and beyond.

This is a lovely hotel - would highly recommend for folks looking for accommodations close to the heart of it all with a very lovely staff.

Lovely location away from the crowds but not so far from Rialto etc. Good quality hotel. Very clean!! Cleaner than many other 5 star hotels I've experienced. Some great food places nearby by the canalside too. Especially the restaurant Very Good. With another travel companion, I would have liked to have tried the hotel restaurant. Would certainly stay here again if staying in Carneggio.

The staff was extraordinarily hospitable and kind. They were incredible guides for the city of Venice. The hotel was also great. Perfect for a stay.
