"I stayed with my family and a 4 year old. It was absolutely fantastic. Staff was on point very gentle and professional always smiling. From security to front staff to everyone who works there. The hotel was spotless. Lovely clean pools. Life guards always at hand. Breakfast was in abundance. Always lots to choose from. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone and family and friends. The room was hugh. Very spacious. Quite private. Everything worked in our room. Very hot water beatiful pressure. Bath and shower. Was very much nothing to fault about. A shuttle service from hotel to medina....every two hours. I will be back...when time permisses."

"Me & my partner have just come to the end of our 9 night stay in this hotel and all I have to say is we will be back! Easy check in & out. Facilities are always kept clean, including our room which was cleaned everyday & given fresh towels which we really liked. Food had a good variety to it. We enjoyed that there were activities you could join in throughout the day. Evening entertainment was good, animation team do their best to try keep it fun for all ages :) Lastly a massive shoutout to all the staff! You really cannot fault them, everyone we encountered were all very polite & helpful which made our stay even better. Ismail & a young lady in particular (so sorry I didn’t get your name) who work in the buffet restaurant were so good to us while dining! Making sure everything was okay & drinks were topped up (even remembered what we drank so we never need to say, drinks would just come over to us) - Small things like this made our stay so easy & enjoyable which is just what we wanted. Thank you for our stay, we had a brilliant time."

"Beautiful property can be a little hard to find. The grounds were amazing and the rooms and pool were beautiful. We were a little disappointed because we had been traveling all day and the hotel restaurant while it had vegan options on the menu they didn’t have any meals so we had to go out. Other than that great service and a beautiful place to stay. I’d stay there if we went back to Marrakech "

"Both our room and the public facilities were beautiful, well maintained and clean. The Palais Moulay is conveniently located inside the Medina but only about 1 minute walk to the gate so very easy for transfers, tours etc. All the staff were friendly and helpful, I would definitely stay again."

"Aqua mirage is AMAZING! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and had somewhat a lot of space. There was so much entertainment there! There was this stage where they had people preforming. There was also this bar that my kids loved, the drink they kept on getting that has no alcohol is called Bollywood. And don’t even get me started on the water park it was amazing me and my kids had so be much fun together."

"I had an amazing experience at this hotel in Marrakech. Everything was just perfect the service, the rooms. It’s an ideal place to take some time off and recharge away from the chaos of a big city. The staff, especially Soufean and Salma, were absolutely wonderful warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their hospitality really made the stay special. The only thing to note is that you’ll need a car or taxi to get around, but the hotel always arranges transportation for you, so it’s never an issue. Overall, it’s a truly peaceful and beautiful place I couldn’t recommend it more. A perfect escape. "
