"My friend and I stayed here during a trip to climb Mount Toubkal and it couldn't have been better. "A very pleasant stay My stay began with a disappointing check-in experience. The first room I was given was not ready: the bed was untidy, the pillows were stacked on top of each other, one of the pillows was visibly torn, and the room was quite dark. When I raised my concern at reception, I found the response from Mustapha rather cold and unprofessional. I then spoke with Soukaina, one of the managers, who handled the matter with great professionalism. She took the time to listen carefully, understood my concerns, apologized, and made sure everything was properly taken care of. I particularly appreciated her attentive and considerate approach. From there, everything was excellent. The food is very good, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the hotel offers a genuinely enjoyable environment. I appreciate the way the management handled the initial issue and turned an unfortunate first impression into a positive one. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a hotel I would happily recommend."

"Hotel property itself is amazing. Room is clean and big enough. However I was annoyed I had to ask for water and was given tiny bottles and I had to pay for water for room. You get free water even in budget hotels in uk and Europe. WiFi in my room didn’t work. Breakfast is good. Apart from receptionist , Rest can do with some hospitality training, I mange a hospitality venue. Manager here needs to train the servers / waiters to do check backs offer more drinks. Problem here is whenever we are chilling by the pool and when we finish with our drinks we have to find servers for another drink. Also perhaps mix staff per shift with some English speaking team. Some people really struggled to communicate in English. But what I concluded about this business is they are not concern about hotel guests. Hotel is just part of The club, People come to do clubbing and book room after. So we’re just someone to fill the room. I would mention couple of receptionist were extremely helpful. If I can spell her name correctly “Shyma” she is amazing. IF YOU ARE IN MARRAKECH FOR PARTY THEN STAY in this hotel. Not for someone who wants a chill time. I would say perfect hotel for youngsters."

"We all loved it! Great selection of slides, pools. It says they have 4 restaurants but really it was one restaurant that had buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner, one restaurant that opens from 3 pm to 5 pm for crepes and hamburgers and one cafe with pastries and sandwiches. In general the slides could use some repainting. Staff can do better with cleaning up the common area around the main pool/main cafe since that’s where most guests hang out. Our room was big enough for 5 people. But honestly we were overall very pleased with the resort."
