It did take the gentleman at the front desk a little longer to give me my room key after already paying for the room and handing over my passport. "The place was impeccable from the valet parking to reception staff were all extremely helpful. However we had issues with the WiFi and seeing as I had important meetings made it very difficult for me to join some of these meetings. The windows were dirty and that I think knocked some points off them."
