"arrived at 2 AM. With two kids who are obviously tired after a day of travel. Got given a room key… Got to the room to find someone else already sleeping inside. Imagine how bad that is from a safety perspective for the person in the room, that the hotel has given a key to their room to total strangers. ..."

"While the hotel is very clean and a short ride from the airport it is located on a busy street. It does not offer any food options, although there are restaurants and coffee shops 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. The shuttle ride that is promised on their website, is sadly not always available. ..."
