"On the pro side if you're staying, he Hakone it is definitely the best place to stay. It is right across from a train station. It is a beautiful walk over a beautiful river and waterfalls and the property itself is very lovely. The staff is pleasant completely not English. Cons: The food choices are very minimal. There is no Gym. It says laundry on the website but that is not accurate. There's one tiny washer dryer on one floor that is smaller than an apartment size that is not really accessible. We did not partake in the pools and the water features so I cannot comment on that. The gift shop on site is minimal."
