JOANESENEA is a charming, recently renovated holiday cottage located on the upper floor of a house containing two other cottages and a year-round rental, in the hills above the village of Souraide. It comprises: - a fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher), living room and lounge area (TV) - 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm) - a shower room - a toilet - a utility room (washing machine) Reversible heating and air conditioning are included. Cleaning is included. Beds are made upon arrival, and towels and linens are provided. A cot and high chair are available upon request. You will have access to a terrace adjoining the living room with garden furniture and a griddle. The cottage is ideally located 3km from Espelette, 3km from the Souraide Golf Course, and 5km from Lake St. Pée-sur-Nivelle. Numerous hiking trails are located nearby. Enjoy a comfortable gîte in the heart of the Basque Country!
