"When we arrived we have not been provided with a correct room that has been reserved, that makes us feel uncomfortable to be with 2 kids and 2 adults in a small room for 2 people. The host tried to solve situation, but another room has been too hot, 40C outside and no AC in any room. Our rooms had very bad smell of humidity as well. We have not been notified that the dinner has to be ordered in advance, so we have arrived at 7pm and we could not eat or drink there. No minibars available in the...

"The staff and property are even more wonderful in person! The restaurant is intimate in the most charming and elegant manner. The food is exceptional!"

"This is a budget hotel. We only slept and showered there. We brought our dogs. We booked the rooms at 21:00 for a 22:00 arrival. The entrance is automated. We did not get our confirmation codes to the doors. All of that was solved with a quick call. It was clean and looks like there’s food machines in the lobby if you needed something.
