"we booked 3 times same week with this property in general the property is nice not loud pool area really good.rooms could be a bit more cleaner floors felt dusty .if we wanted toilet tissues or something sorted would take ages to sort out.also we even booked directly with them at a higher rate for two single beds and pool view beds were joined together bacony had bugs everywhere.so room service good be better .only food service where we pay food came quick.also if you book 3 times in same week with same hotel you should give more of a good price or better room as standard not a higher price than booking partners."

"The outdoor facilities are spa are 5 star hotel but not the bedroom which can pass for 4+. Breakfast very rich and quality. dinner at buffet restaurant is wonderful and delicious food choices. Good selection of wine at the buffet restaurant."

"The hotel was beautiful, the views from the rooms were beautiful. Staff were very nice and helpful. Room service was very easy to order. The only downfall was that every time we went out, while coming in our bags were checked. Its the hotel rule, no food and drinks from outside. You can only order from the hotel. I have travelled to many countries but never had my bags checked at the entry. I found this to be very rude, checking peoples private property. Apart from the hotel was absolutely beautiful and in front of the beach."

"Lovely hotel, rooms very big and spacious. We stayed in a suite with 2 adults and 2 children (20 & 18), more than enough room, 2 bedrooms and lounge area. Food lovely, nightclub and night entertainment. Lots of sun loungers, never struggled. Would recommend :)"
